Having started his career in corporate finance for a leading investment firm, Mr. Kerr joined a manufacturing firm and ultimately managed that firm as CEO for 15 years up until its sale, during that time overseeing product development, marketing and sales, finance and production. With a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from the Wharton School, Mr. Kerr's management experience combined with 25 years of living in the Short Hills and Summit areas in Northern New Jersey, have provided excellent local knowledge plus the technical skills to meet his client's real estate-related goals.
